Below you will find our shop policies, which were designed to serve you as best we can. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if you need help with anything at all.

SHIPPING
  • In-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. (within our business hours – Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM).

  • Custom orders will be shipped within five to seven days of order receipt.

  • Your item will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (3-5 days delivery time), or USPS Ground Advantage (4-6 days delivery time).

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is to make you happy. If your item arrives damaged, we are glad to accept your return and issue a refund.· Returns or exchanges must be made within seven days of receiving your product.

  • If you’d like to exchange or return an item, notify me within seven days of receiving your product at info@DangleJeweleryAndGifts.com, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

  • Once I receive your return, your refund will be issued.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and there are no restocking fees.


NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns - potential germs and infections; worn earrings may carry bacteria that pose health risks to others.

  • Items that were altered in any way resulting in damage.

CANCELATIONS
  • Cancelations are acceptable if made within one hour of purchase.


ABOUT YOUR ORDER
  • My jewelry is handmade, so please expect slight variations in patterns and/or colors. In addition, colors vary from monitor to monitor. I rarely make two of the same piece, so you are almost guaranteed an “original.”
